Ergonomics decides whether computer work is healthy

It is well known that more and more people are working at computers. In many cases, the ergonomic aspects of such work are not taken seriously, despite their importance. Moreover, there are already many ergonomics studies from which one can determine what is harmful and what is not.One finding of these studies is that good monitors with large screens are far easier on the eyes than small, cheap monitors. The results of studies on the mouse are now likewise available. Researchers at Cornell University in New York found that large mice are far better ergonomically than the small ones or the trackballs of notebooks. Large mice with the right shape significantly reduce the chances that users will develop a condition such as tendosynovitis.
