Tips for Inserting and Removing Your Contact Lenses

- Be sure to wash your hand with soap and dry with a lint free towel before handling your lenses.

- Develop a strict regimen for inserting your lenses where you. Always insert the same eye first. This is to avoid confusing the left the ledt and right lens.
