Positive attitude towards childrens glasses

More than 30% of all children need glasses and generally children don’t mind wearing them. Children actually find glasses make them look more like an adult and they are quite positive towards glasses.

Allow your child to pick out his or her own glasses. They will then feel it was their decision and that the glasses belong to them. Compliment their taste and tell them just how nice they look with their new glasses, this will help them to stand up for themselves should other children make fun of them. And don’t forget to do the same with children’s sunglasses.
